01 What Immimaps is
What is Immimaps?
Immimaps helps you plan a move to another country. If you haven't chosen a country yet, it helps you compare pathways using real program data. If you already have a proposal or contract from an agency, it checks that document for problems before you sign or pay. We don't file paperwork or represent you in front of any government — that part is still up to you, a lawyer, or an agency.
Who is Immimaps for?
Two kinds of readers. If you're early on and don't know which country fits you, use the pathway comparison to explore. If you're already talking to an agency and holding a proposal or contract, use the document check to get a second opinion before you commit. You don't have to do one before the other.
Is Immimaps free?
The document check is free, instant, and anonymous — no account and no payment needed. Paid tiers are being introduced on top of it: they add a named human expert who reviews your documents alongside the free AI report. A paid tier buys you a person's time, not extra AI. If you don't see paid options on the upload page yet, they haven't opened.
Do you recommend or sell for specific agencies?
No. We don't take commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees from any immigration program or agency. Your report reads the same whether or not an agency is involved — nothing in it is paid placement.
02 The document check
What can I check — proposals, contracts, or both?
Both. A proposal check looks at a plan an agency sent you and flags anything that looks implausible or doesn't match the pathway's real rules. A contract check reads a signed agreement clause by clause and flags terms that are one-sided, missing, or unusual for that kind of pathway.
How does the check work?
You paste or upload the document. Our AI reads it and compares it against our database of official program rules for that pathway. You get a report showing what matches, what's missing, and what looks risky — with the specific clause or claim quoted next to each flag.
What happens to the documents I upload?
Your file is stored privately — it's never a public link. To view it again, we generate a download link that only works for 5 minutes and only for you (or, if you ask for help, a small support team). If you want an uploaded file removed, email support and we'll delete it — and deleting your account removes your submissions with it. When our AI reads a contract, it works out who's who — you and the agency — and labels them "Party A" and "Party B". Before any excerpt from your contract is saved into our shared research library, we replace real names with those labels, so real names aren't kept in that shared library.
Do I need an account?
No — the free AI check works without one. You upload the document, confirm your email, and get the report. You only need an account if you choose a paid expert-review tier or want your reports saved so you can find them again later.
What do the paid tiers add?
A named human expert reviews your documents and the AI report, and adds their own corrections and annotations — that's the value, not more AI. The fastest paid tier delivers within 12 business hours; the top tier includes a booked one-to-one call where the expert walks through your report live.
03 Where our answers come from
Where does your data come from?
We maintain our own database of official immigration program rules — minimum investment amounts, income and asset requirements, processing steps, tax details — sourced from government publications and kept current by our team. We don't rely on a general web search or an AI model's own memory for the facts in your report.
Why don't you show success rates or approval odds?
Because we don't have trustworthy data to back a number like that. Publishing a made-up success rate or approval percentage would look precise while being a guess — so we don't. Every number we show has to trace back to a real source: an official program rule, a cost figure, a documented timeline. Where we don't have that, we say so instead of estimating.
Is this legal advice?
No. Immimaps is a decision-support tool, not a law firm, a licensed immigration consultant, or a government service. Nothing in a report, a comparison, or a pathway plan is legal advice or a consultation — for a decision with real financial or legal consequences, confirm it with a qualified professional before you act.
How current is the information?
We update our program database on an ongoing basis as rules change. If a specific figure in your report ever looks out of date, tell us — it's a data problem we treat as urgent, not routine feedback.
04 Your account and privacy
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Deleting your account deletes your data. Removing your login also removes your profile and everything linked to it — journey history, saved reports, submitted documents — through the rest of our systems automatically. This isn't a soft delete you can undo.
Is my information shared with agencies or advertisers?
We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share your immigration profile for advertising. We share data only with the vetted processors that run the service (hosting, payments) under contract, and only when the law requires it.
Can I use Immimaps without creating an account?
Yes, for the document check — it's the one part of Immimaps built to work anonymously. Comparing pathways and planning a route need an account, since those features are built around your saved profile and goals.
How do I contact support?
Email immimaps@immimaps.com. We treat a broken product as urgent (reply within 24 hours) and everything else — questions, suggestions — within 3 working days.
