About us

Who runs Immimaps, and what we won’t tell you.

Immimaps asks strangers to upload a proposal or a signed contract before committing real money to it. Before you do, here's who operates the site, how it's paid for, and the one thing we refuse to show you no matter how many times you ask.

Why this exists

Nobody in the room is only on your side.

Most people planning a move abroad piece the decision together from a search engine, a forum thread, and whoever answered the phone first. Everyone who helps you is also selling something — that is not a conspiracy, it is just what a sales relationship is. And reading a contract drafted by the party asking you to sign it was never a fair fight, however straight that party is playing.

Immimaps exists to sit on your side of that table, and to be the one voice with nothing to gain from your answer. Compare pathways against the rules a government actually publishes, or hand over a proposal or contract you were already sent and get a read on it from someone with no stake in the outcome.

The boundary

What Immimaps does — and doesn’t — do.

What we do

  • Compare immigration pathways side by side, using the same programme rules a government publishes.
  • Check an immigration proposal or contract against those published rules before you sign or pay.
  • Show when something happened to someone else on the same route that's worth knowing — as a fact, never a rate or an odds.
  • Take no commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees from any programme, country, or agency.

What we don’t do

  • File anything for you in front of any government.
  • Give legal advice, or act as a licensed immigration consultant.
  • Represent you in a negotiation with anyone.
  • Guess at your odds of approval — see below for why.

How we’re paid

Never by the people whose paperwork we read.

Comparing pathways and the AI document check cost you nothing, and we take no commission, kickback, or referral fee from any programme, country, or agency for either — so what you see is never paid placement.

What we’re building on top of that free check is a paid tier: a named human expert reviews your documents alongside the automated report and adds their own read. That review is what you’d be paying for — a person’s time, not a better-sounding report. Where that option isn’t switched on yet for you, the free check is what’s there.

The honesty boundary

We will never show you a success rate.

No success rate. No approval odds. No claim about how applicants like you usually fare. We looked at building a number like that, and decided against it: nobody — including us — has trustworthy data to back it, and a made-up rate looks precise while being a guess. So we don’t publish one, on any page, for any programme.

Every number Immimaps does show — a minimum investment, a processing timeline, a tax rate — traces back to a real source: an official programme rule, a documented cost, a published timeline. Where we don’t have that, we say so instead of estimating. That trade means some pages read a little less confident than a competitor’s. On a decision this size, we think that’s the right trade.

Two ways to use what’s here.

Already holding an immigration proposal or contract? Check it free, no account needed. Still working out where to go? Compare pathways on the real figures instead.

Question about the site, or something above that doesn’t add up? Get in touch.

Don’t take a life-changing move on someone else’s word.

Immimaps is not an agency and takes no placement fees. We show the real figures on every route, show the working, and tell you what it actually costs.
